We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Engineers have routed mail flow away from the impacted servers and continue to work with Microsoft Azure to fix the root cause.
A queue has formed on the US infrastructure that engineers are investigating. No mail has been lost but approx 2,000 email messages and 700 Spam Digest emails are delayed due to what appears to be a Microsoft Azure issue.
